Which he deny the invitation because he still has something to do but we find out a few chapters later that his crew is under the care of Big MoM so it can be easy to guess that that something will be having the crew leave Big MoM then possibly join Luffys crew and have the Sun Pirates the protectors of FI under the control of Luffys flag.
