Is Usopp Stronger Than Franky. Brooks speed is an advantage against the three. As of now Usopp is not 4th Strongest thats most likely Franky IMO.
The only one who probably could not beat him is Ussop and this is still debatable because Oda has stated that current Ussop is as powerful as Luffy pre-timeskip. 7Robin-She has developed her devil fruit well and she is good at ranged fights but has no haki and is weak at short ranged so I think Brook and even more Franky are stronger than her.
